From Mark Blaxter of the Filarial Initiative, for your entertainment, as of 27/09/1995.The percentage ribosomal protein hits in the filarial SL-generated library dataset is markedly highter than that of the other data sets, suggesting that the PCR technique used to generate the cDNA may have biased the data. The other high scorer, T. brucei, was also from a PCR generated sample.
