Parasitic Organism Codon Usage Tables
A great service, and all set up and brought to you by Evolutionary

These tables are calculated automatically from annotated Genbank entries.
The process is set up such that any species with greater than 25 open reading
frames annotated in Genbank entries automatically gets a table made (see
here for details).
I have made links here to the parasitic organisms
covered by the genome projects (and a few other guest species).
